Removal
1. Loosen the locking screw on the eccentric sleeve of the bearing with an Allen wrench, then insert a small iron rod into the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve of the top cover, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotation direction of the shaft.
2. Loosen the bolts fixing the bearing seat. Remove the bearing from the shaft together with the bearing housing. Pay attention before removing the bearing seat at one end of the shaft. The bearing seat bolts at the other end of the shaft should be loosened to avoid damage to the bearings at both ends.
Installation
1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, the fixing pin of the bearing jacket must be pulled out first, and the surface of the journal must be polished to be smooth and clean, and the journal must be oiled for rust prevention and lubrication (the bearing is allowed to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Apply lubricating oil to the mating surface of the bearing seat and the bearing, and install the bearing into the bearing seat. Then the assembled bearing and bearing housing together with the sleeve on the shaft. Push to the required position for installation.
3. Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing seat first, and let the bearing jacket rotate in the bearing seat. Similarly, install the bearing and seat at the other end of the same shaft, and rotate the shaft several times to let the bearing itself automatically find the correct position. Tighten the bearing seat bolts.
4. Install eccentric sleeve. First, the eccentric sleeve is set on the eccentric step of the inner sleeve of the bearing and tightened by hand along the rotation direction of the shaft. Then insert a small iron rod into or against the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve. Tap the small iron bar with the hammer in the direction of rotation along the axis. Install the eccentric sleeve firmly, and finally lock the hexagon socket screws on the eccentric sleeve.
Classification: The outer spherical ball bearings can be divided into three categories according to the cooperation method with the shaft:
The codes of 1. spherical ball bearings with top wire are UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series) and UB(SB)200 series of deformed products. If the application environment is small, UC200 series is usually selected, otherwise UC300 series is selected. Usually, there are two top wires on the outer spherical ball bearing, with an included angle of 120 °. Its characteristic is that when cooperating with the shaft, the top wire is used to top the shaft, and then it has a fixed effect. However, the environment for its cooperation requires a small oscillation scale. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing is widely used in textile machinery, ceramic machinery and other production occupations.
2. with taper outer spherical ball bearings its code: UK200 series, UK300 series. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing inner diameter is 1:12 share of the taper inner hole, the use of cooperation with the adapter sleeve application, the characteristics of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing is: can accept larger load than the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire. Since the inner diameter of the adapter sleeve with which it cooperates is smaller than that of the spherical ball bearing with top wire, for example, the inner diameter of the spherical ball bearing UC209 with top wire is 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft with which it cooperates is 45mm, if it is replaced by the spherical ball bearing with taper, only the adapter sleeve with inner diameter of 45mm can be selected, however, the only spherical ball bearing with taper that cooperates with the 45mm set sleeve is UK210 (of course, UK310 can be selected if the fit is higher). As a result, the fit accepted by UK210 is much larger than that of UC209.
